Boise In-Home Newborn Session

One aspect of having a baby during the pandemic that can be so hard is potentially not having relatives or friends able to come visit and meet the baby or help out mom and dad. I have had quite a few families recently contact me about getting newborn photos taken so that they not only have photos of baby as a newborn, but also as a way to introduce baby to family and friends who may not be able to come visit. I am so grateful that I get to take part in documenting new babies for these young families to share with their family and friends.

Autumn, Andrew and their baby girl were a joy and delight to meet. She was 8 weeks old when this session took place, and so a little more awake and alert than most newborns I photograph, which was fun! We even got a few smiles out of her! My favorite moment was when she fell asleep on mom’s shoulder. She looked so peaceful.
