 Associate Photographer

I am looking for a hardworking and creative individual to join my team and assist with a growing load of photography inquiries. The ideal candidate would be someone who is friendly and a good communicator, is good with all age groups, and has an artistic eye.

Details

• The position will be approximately 4-10 hrs. per week

• Exact hours will depend on bookings and can fluctuate seasonally or with weather.

• Associate photographer will be an employee of Natalie Tromburg Photography and will be required to sign an employment agreement

• Must have reliable transportation to and from photoshoots and meetings

• Must have means to work from home

• Associate photographer will be compensated a commission payment per shoot they take on for Natalie Tromburg Photography

• Initial training period will be required in which employee will be compensated hourly

• Associate may shoot all or any of the following photography sessions:

  • Maternity

  • Fresh 48

  • Newborn

  • Senior Portraits

  • Families

  • Extended Family

  • Weddings

• Job duties may include:

  • Shooting sessions

  • Client communication

  • Editing

  • Social media management

  • Creating blog posts

  • And more…

What I’m looking for

• A self starter and independent worker

• Able and wanting to work flexible hours

• Dependable and reliable (arriving on time to sessions is key)

• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Detail oriented

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• ***Photography and editing experience is a huge bonus, but not required to be a qualified candidate
